Getting Started
Not your typical Pilates studio
I opened my doors in 2021 to teach the Pilates method with a focus on quality over quantity.
Serō is a place where you can be you. It is where we learn and gather in community, where we meet ourselves where we are on any given day, and where matching sets and matcha are admired but not required. That’s my signature method. No gimmicks, no bullshit.
The Serō student is interested in learning about their body - how to move it mindfully and how to move with ease at any age. I ask that you are comfortable training within the community guidelines.
It’s important to me that you come to the studio when the time is right for you.

Information
The cancellation policy is 24 hours for classes and 36 hours for private and duet sessions.
Observe studio etiquette: Shoes off, grip socks on, phones and smart watches on silent (please do not check them during your session unless previously discussed!) and be cool ;)
Please arrive no more than five minutes prior to your session to ensure you are set up and ready. The studio is small and has no lobby - if you are earlier than 5 minutes, please wait in your car or outside.
I encourage you to read the FAQs and the studio policies so you learn what I’m about.
Ready to do it?
You’ll need a card to put on file and about 10 minutes to complete all the intake forms. Vagaro will ask you to make an account. When you get to the end of the process in Vagaro, it will say “pay now” but don’t worry - you only pay after class, or in the event of a late cancellation or no show.
Booking requests open 14 days in advance and closes 48 hours ahead of private sessions and 24 hours ahead of classes. You should receive a notification from Vagaro if your booking is approved or denied. If a class time you want to book in to is full please do add yourself to the waitlist! I will manually add you to class from the waitlist if a spot opens up.
Packages for classes hold your recurring class time. Packages are limited.
