About Serō Rose Garden
The Serō Rose Garden location is a cozy home studio located in the Rose Garden neighborhood of San Jose, California approximately 1 mile away from Santa Clara University. The studio utilizes a combination of Gratz and Contrology equipment to bring the Pilates method to you through Allison’s thoughtful and inclusive approach to movement. Sessions are available on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 8am to 12pm.
A friendly heads up that cats live here too! They won’t be in the studio (unless you want them to be) but if you’re unable to be in an environment with cats present, I look forward to seeing you at the Sunnyvale studio versus the home studio.
