The Serō Rose Garden studio is a cozy garden facing home studio located in the Rose Garden neighborhood of San Jose, California.

The studio brings the Pilates method to you through Allison’s thoughtful and inclusive approach to movement. The studio features the following Contrology apparatus - an 80” reformer, ladder barrel, ped-o-pul, wunda chair, small barrel, spine corrector, and folding mat. In addition there is a Gratz high chair and a Gratz arm chair + all the small apparatus you’ll learn to love.

A friendly heads up that cats live here too! They won’t be in the studio (unless you want them to be) but if you’re unable to be where cats are too, I look forward to seeing you in small group classes at the Sunnyvale studio.
