Classes

The maximum class size is currently 5 people which means hands on adjustments, the Pilates method scaled up or down depending on what you need, and seeing friendly faces in class. You’ll get breadth and depth from Pilates + a little fun and a lot of laughter

The casual package is for you if you need flexibility + a little commitment to keep you doing the thing.

The quarterly class package holds your recurring class time and is valid for 3 months from date of purchase. Holding your class time means you reap the benefit of a consistent practice and never have to wonder if you’ll be able to get into class every week. The validity period gives you up to 2 weeks of excused absences if you need them and it means if you need to miss a class with 24+ hours notice, you’ll be able to. Plus you can bring a friend with you to class up to 2x per quarter.

Student Love

“I have worked with Allison solo and as half of a duet since long before she opened this studio and I wouldn’t want to go to anyone else. She spends so much time learning how different human bodies move and how exercises can be modified to fit the strengths and limitations of the person doing them. All that shows in how she approaches our sessions. . . I really appreciate her willingness to find the right exercise for my body. If something hurts or I can’t bend in a given way, she finds something else that I can do. There’s no shaming, just working with my body the way that it is right now. . . . Allison also knows how to push me to achieve just a little more than I thought I could. With her, I safely do things that I would have not thought my body could do. I always come out of a session with her feeling rejuvenated and better about my body.”
